'Today, we are making my favorite Kale Salad Recipe!  Here is what you need!  Baby spinach Chard Kale Soak it all in water to clean it. The darker the lettuce the healthier it is for you!  Berries use a LOT. I am using strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. I am also going to add figs and some walnuts. If you are feeling daring make candied walnuts yourself.
